California Construction
Authority is here to serve California Fairs by providing financing, design,
construction services and real estate consulting.
Formed
in 1988 as California Fairs Financing Authority (CFFA) and doing business as
California Construction Authority (CCA) to assist with management, planning, design and construction of projects at
fairgrounds. We accomplish projects
in two ways; through an in-house staff of design and construction professionals
and through the retention of professional service firms, such as architects,
contractors, soils engineers, geologists, etc.
In both capacities CCA handles all administrative paperwork and oversees
the design/construction process.
We
are committed to help the California Fair Industry build a successful Future.
